What is the difference between the Emotion, Body and Belief Code?
The Emotion Code focuses only on Trapped Emotions, the Body Code addresses additional imbalances in the whole body, and the Belief Code focuses on negative belief systems.
What are the benefits?
The Emotion, Body and Belief Code is used to treat the underlying imbalances of issues – allowing the body to be in the best place to heal itself. These sessions are never meant to treat disease – the medical community treats diseases. Energy healing removes imbalances, and many clients experience improvements in their physical and mental state after imbalances have been cleared up.
Can it provide or confirm a medical diagnosis?
NO – these sessions will NOT provide – or confirm a medical diagnosis. These sessions are NOT intended as a substitute for medical intervention or necessary treatments or therapies recommended by a GP, Consultant, or Medical Practitioner.
Is it suitable for Children?
Yes – sessions can be conducted REMOTELY for children of any age – so the child would not be present.
Which type of session is best – In-person / Video / or Remote?
I, and most other practitioners, agree that ‘Remote’ sessions (where the client is not present) work best, as there are no interruptions with conversation, so more imbalances can be found and dealt with during the session. It also means the client is not reliving the event. Working remotely enables 50% more productivity and yields better results.
How long does a session take?
A COMPLETE session can take up to 90 minutes – which includes:
- The main session – which can last up to one hour
- A comprehensive report – which is emailed to you shortly after the session. The report lists all imbalances that have shown up during the session, along with detailed explanations for each one.
- A REMOTE Balancing Reset session – which is conducted the following day, to ensure the energy channels are still open to allow your body to process the changes easily.
How many sessions are needed?
- This varies for each person – some people may need one and some may need many.
- It really depends on what issues/symptoms are being dealt with – and how much the person’s subconscious mind is willing to release in one session.
- Issues often have many layers to them – for example: A person may have many trapped emotions, many imbalances in their body, and negative beliefs, which could not possibly all be shifted in one session – because it would be too much for the body to process.
What information would I have to provide?
- You would need to complete a booking form prior to your (or your child’s) session (for all types of sessions) which asks for – name, contact details, age, and a list of up to 3 issues/symptoms that you wish me to work on – with a brief description of each.
- If it was a REMOTE session for your child – I would need to see a photo of your child.
Do I have to talk about my past?
- NO you do not have to talk about – or relive past events.
- You may provide the practitioner with some information before or during the session – IF you wish to do so – but it isn’t necessary.
- This is NOT a ‘Talking Therapy’ session’ – it is a session to find and deal with any imbalances – so there would not be much conversation during a session.
Why do I need to speak with you briefly before REMOTE or ONLINE sessions?
- So that I can connect with you and make sure the session is right for you.
Why do you need to see a photo of my child prior to a REMOTE session?
- So that I can connect energetically with your child.
Can I book a REMOTE session for another adult – or for a child that is not mine?
- NO – an adult would need to book for themselves.
- NO – I would need PARENTAL or GUARDIAN CONSENT for a child.
What happens after a session?

- A REMOTE Balancing Reset session is conducted the following day – to ensure the energy channels are still open to allow your body to process the changes easily.
- Many people feel an improvement straight away – while for others the changes are subtle over a period of time – it really depends what the issues are to begin with.
