Do you long to feel calm, confident, and free around food – and finally at peace with yourself?
This gentle, empowering 6-week course is designed for women who are ready to release the heavy weight of guilt and shame around food and body image, and create a new, loving relationship with themselves.
Created and led by Carol Deacon – this course offers a compassionate, conscious approach to healing your relationship with food by:
- Becoming aware of the unconscious habits, beliefs, and emotional triggers that keep you stuck
- Creating sustainable mindset and lifestyle shifts for lasting change
- Reconnecting with your body’s wisdom and rebuilding trust from the inside out
You’ll learn how to nourish yourself – physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually – so you can feel lighter, freer, and more at peace in your own skin.

Course Details:
Venue: Online via Zoom (live sessions, not recorded)
Duration: 2.5 hours per week for 6 consecutive weeks

- Sunday Afternoons: 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm (Starts May 31, 2026)
- Monday Mornings: 10:00 am – 12:30 pm (Starts June 1, 2026)
- Tuesday Evenings: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm (Starts June 2, 2026)
