Through compassionate guidance and proven tools, you’ll learn how to rebuild trust with your body, and rediscover confidence that radiates from the inside out.

Courses will commence in January 2026 – and will run for 6 consecutive weeks.
There will be 3 Courses running simultaneously:
Sunday Afternoons – 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm – Course starts – January 25th 2006
Monday Mornings – 10.00 am to 12.30 pm – Course starts – January 26th 2006
Tuesday Evenings – 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm – Course starts – January 27th 2006
