Created and led by Carol Deacon, this gentle, empowering course is designed to help women who are ready to let go of the heavy weight of guilt and shame around food and self image, and finally make peace with food and their bodies. It is a powerful, conscious approach to transforming your relationship with food by: Becoming aware of unconscious negative habits, patterns and beliefs, and emotional triggers; Creating sustainable lifestyle and mindset shifts for lasting change; and improving your health and wellbeing on all levels – Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual. Through compassionate guidance and proven tools, you’ll learn how to reconnect and rebuild trust with your body, and rediscover confidence that radiates from the inside out.

Course Details:
Venue: Online via Zoom – Sessions are LIVE (not recorded)
Duration: One x 2 1/2 hour session per week – for 6 consecutive weeks.
Days/Times: The course will run on different days/times. Whichever day you book – will be your day for the duration of the course.
Sunday Afternoons – 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm – Course starts – February 8th 2006
Monday Mornings – 10.00 am to 12.30 pm – Course starts – February 9th 2006
Tuesday Evenings – 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm – Course starts – February 10th 2006
